Spec Seating (a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture) is a trade program for architects, interior designers and FF&E specifiers who need custom hospitality seating. We build banquettes, booths and upholstered chairs to order in our own production base in Lecong, Foshan, China, working from dimensioned shop drawings, your COM/COL materials and your finish schedule, and ship factory-direct by sea.
Wall Banquettes and Panels
Wall banquettes are fixed upholstered benches built against a wall, specified by linear length, seat height, seat depth and back profile; this collection covers straight-run types and matching upholstered wall panels.

SB-101 Channel High-Back Banquette
A high-back wall banquette with twelve vertical channels per standard section and a continuous metal top trim that caps every channel in one line.

SB-102 Diamond-Quilted Banquette
A 39 in (100 cm) wall banquette with a 45-degree diamond-quilted back, metal button at each intersection and a plain, unquilted seat.

SB-105 Arm-End Banquette
A straight banquette terminated by upholstered arm posts at both ends, giving a run that stops at an aisle a finished, protected end.

SB-109 Scallop-Back Banquette
A banquette with six half-round upholstered lobes forming a scalloped back, outlined by a slim metal trim that follows every curve.

SB-111 Window Bench with Bolsters
A backless upholstered bench for window lines, with five loose cylindrical bolsters and a horizontally channelled front face.

SB-108 Storage Seat Banquette
A wall banquette with a lift-up seat and storage box below, fronted by horizontal upholstered channels and a recessed metal pull.

SP-112 Channel Wall Panel System
An upholstered wall panel system in vertical channel, diamond-quilt or horizontal-roll faces, with wood cap, base and optional coat hooks, matched to our banquette backs.
Site-Specific Banquettes
Site-specific banquettes are engineered to an existing condition - a curved wall, a column, a raked ceiling, a stepped floor, a radiator or a service riser - and are drawn from a site survey rather than adapted from a catalog size.

SB-149 Continuum Run Banquette
A long-wall banquette built in sections that install as one continuous piece: a single uninterrupted top trim, vertical seams at equal spacing and a base whose grain carries across joints.

SB-150 Variable-Radius Curve Banquette
A curved banquette built to a surveyed wall whose radius changes along its length, with the back and top trim following the curve without a break.

SB-151 Column Wrap Banquette
Four-sided seating built around a structural column, with the column clad in wood and metal corner guards and the back turning each corner continuously.

SB-152 Raked-Back Banquette
A banquette whose back height steps down along its length to follow a sloped ceiling or stair soffit, with a level seat throughout.

SB-153 Stepped Tier Banquette
A banquette that steps with a change in floor level, with each segment rising about 7 in (18 cm) and upholstered risers between segments.

SB-154 Radius Corner Banquette
An L-shaped corner banquette that is square to the walls on the outside and radiused on the inside, with a fan-shaped corner seat and trim that turns from straight to curve.

SB-155 Guardrail Banquette
A mezzanine-edge banquette in which the outer face is a solid guard and the inner face is the upholstered back, so the guard and the seating are a single assembly.

SB-156 Sill-Height Radiator Banquette
A low-back banquette that sits below the window sill and incorporates a full-length vertical wood grille in its front face so radiators or fan-coil units behind can still heat the room.

SB-158 Service-Access Banquette
A banquette that hides services: the upper back is a removable access panel with even shadow gaps, and the seat box front carries a full-length metal grille for return air or ventilation.

SB-159 Tiered Viewing Banquette
Two rows of banquette seating facing the same way, with the rear row raised about 7 in (18 cm) on a wood-clad platform so both rows see the view, kitchen or stage.
Booths and Enclosures
Booths and enclosures are seating units that define their own space - U-booths, paired two-tops, back-to-back booths, round islands and canopy booths - specified by seating count, footprint and clearances rather than by wall length.

SB-103 U-Booth 240
A semicircular U-booth enclosing a large table on three sides, seating six to eight, with the back running continuously around the curve and flared, radiused ends.

SB-104 Paired Two-Top Booth
A pair of short facing booth seats with full-height upholstered side wings that create a semi-private two-person compartment.

SB-106 High-Back Back-to-Back Booth
A double-sided booth with a shared spine 54 in (137 cm) high, tall enough that seated guests cannot see the next table, capped with a wood rail and wrapped metal trim.

SB-107 Drum Island Seat
A round 360-degree island seat, 71 in (180 cm) in diameter, seating up to eight around a central planter with a wood rim and concentric contrast welts.

SB-112 Canopy Booth
A high-back booth with two square wood posts carrying a wood canopy at 83 in (210 cm), with integrated concealed lighting that defines a private zone without building walls.
COM/COL Chairs
COM/COL chairs are dining and lounge chairs supplied without a fixed cover so the designer can specify the fabric or leather; this collection is drawn to sit with our banquettes as one family.

SC-215 Channel-Back Dining Chair
A fully upholstered dining side chair with a channel or center-stitched back, designed as the partner to the SB-101 channel banquette.

SC-214 Hoop-Arm Dining Chair
A low-arm dining chair with a continuous bentwood or upholstered hoop forming back and arms, with arms set below the table apron so the chair pushes fully under the table.

SC-216 Club Lounge Chair
A low, deep lounge chair at lounge seat height, offered with a bent-wood outer shell, a fully upholstered sculpted shell, or a channelled back on a metal ring base.

SC-205 Cane-Back Side Chair
A hardwood side chair with a curved cane-webbing back and a removable upholstered seat, so the seat can be re-covered without replacing the frame.
