The ST-309 is a long table with a playful detail. The top is a white sintered stone with soft grey and gold veining, edged in a fine matte warm tin-grey band. It stands on two broad slab legs in a warm grey-beige, each pierced by a single round opening near the middle, and each finished at the foot with a thin metal band.
How to write it. Top: marble-look sintered stone, white with grey-gold veining. Edge: fine matte warm tin-grey. Base: two slab legs, warm grey-beige (lacquer, wrap or stone-look to sample), round openings, metal foot bands.
Why two slabs rather than a trestle. With no stretcher between the legs, the underside is entirely open, so diners at the ends and along the sides can move without catching a rail. The round openings lighten what would otherwise be heavy panels and, from across the room, give the table a graphic silhouette.
Construction. The top is bonded to a steel sub-frame fixed to both slabs; each slab is a hollow built form with the round cut-out edge-banded, and levelling glides sit under the foot bands.
Where it works. Hotel breakfast rooms, shared tables in café-restaurants, wine bars, and boutique restaurants with a soft, contemporary palette.
Options. Opening shape, leg finish and edge colour can change without changing the schedule structure.
