The ST-301 is the table for a schedule that wants a quiet, pale neutral. The sintered-stone top is a limestone look in warm white with a soft, cloudy surface; around it runs a slim pale-champagne metal band; and underneath, one square column in warm white widens gently toward the floor and finishes on a thin dark metal foot band.
How it reads on the schedule. Top: limestone-look sintered stone, warm white. Edge: pale champagne metal. Base: tapered square column, warm white, dark metal foot band. Because the column is a single mass, it behaves like a plinth rather than a leg, and that makes it a calm companion to upholstered banquettes in strong colours.
Construction. Slab bonded to a rigid sub-frame, metal edge band fitted flush, column built as a hollow form with a levelling foot hidden under the band. The column finish can be lacquer, wrap or veneer to your sample.
Where it works. Hotel dining rooms, café-restaurants and bakeries where the table must not compete with the walls, and any plan where the banquette fabric carries the colour.
Changing a line. Swap the slab for a darker pattern, or move the edge to bronze, and the drawing stays the same.
