The ST-306 is the table on this list with the most architectural base. A white sintered-stone top with fine golden veining is edged in a fine matte antique-bronze band. The single support is a slanted slab, leaning off-centre from a bronze base plate up to the top, faced with tan leather held in a bronze frame and finished with visible contrast stitching.
Reading the schedule. Top: marble-look sintered stone, white with gold veining. Edge: fine matte antique bronze. Base: slanted column in saddle-tan leather with stitched edge, bronze frame and plate. The leather is a material line in its own right; you can specify a hide and stitch colour to match banquettes or chairs elsewhere on the plan.
Construction. Slab on a steel sub-frame; the column is a rigid core wrapped in leather and set into the bronze frame; the plate is sized so the lean does not make the table tip when someone leans on one corner. Levelling glides under the plate.
Where it works. Steakhouses, hotel dining rooms, members' restaurants and any plan with leather banquettes where the table should echo the seating.
Planning note. Because the column leans to one side, seating positions are not symmetrical; we mark the preferred orientation on the drawing.
